For years now I have been receiving, either in print or by email, information relating to health and wellness. I pass it on to my friends and family but have been looking for a way to reach more people. So, I decided to create a blog where I can post the latest tips about healthy living that I receive.
The information covers many areas, some of which I have used myself and some I have no personal use for but figure someone else will so I am creating categories as I go along to make it easier to find tips relating to a particular topic.
Needless to say the tips that I enter will be the ones that I think will be most useful. If you want information on a healthy living related topic that I am not currently covering, let me know and, if I have any information, I will post it for you.
